Payments can be done only by bank transfer and must be net of bank charges.
Please keep a copy of your bank transfer as a record of the transaction.
Registration fee for participants includes:
- access to the scientific sessions,
- symposium materials,
- abstract book,
- get-together party,
- symposium dinner,
- three lunches,
- coffee and snacks during symposium breaks.
Registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
- social events,
- three lunches
- get-together party,
- symposium dinner.
Cancellations:
Requests for cancellation made prior to 31 July 2010 will be subjected to a 50 EUR administration fee. After that date the full amount of the invoice has to be paid. Requests for refund will not be accepted; however, registration may be transferred to another member of your organization. In this case please send a note to secretariat (iseo2010@wsf.wroc.pl).
If the conference is cancelled for whatever reason, fees paid will be refunded. Further recourse, however, is excluded.
