Special issue of the Flavour and Fragrance Journal (FFJ) dedicated to 41st ISEO

The Flavour and Fragrance Journal will dedicate a special issue to the publication of full papers from 41st ISEO under the coordination of Prof. Ana Cristina Figueiredo and Prof. Patrizia Rubiolo as Guest Editors. Posters and oral communications at 41st ISEO in the form of full papers are eligible to be published in the Flavour and Fragrance Journal special issue.

The manuscript submitted for publication in the Flavour and Fragrance Journal will be subjected to the usual peer reviewing procedure and authors will be notified about acceptation directly by Flavour and Fragrance Journal editors. All participants are encouraged to submit their articles to have a special issue fully reflecting the 41st ISEO quality.

The authors intending to submit an article to the 41st ISEO Flavour and Fragrance Journal Special issue are kindly invited to follow these instructions carefully:

The manuscript central will be available for uploading the manuscripts  from AUGUST 31, 2010. The deadline for the submission of the manuscript is SEPTEMBER 30, 2010. This date is very strict because we want the special issue to be published as quickly as possible. The authors intending to submit their articles are warmly invited to follow carefully the journal's Guide to Authors, which can be found on the online submission site of the Flavour and Fragrance Journal (http://www3.interscience.wiley.com/journal/4029/home/ForAuthors.html).

The accompanying letter and the manuscript must report the words SPECIAL ISSUE 41st ISEO written in capital before the title. The manuscript must electronically be uploaded in the manuscript central in the FFJ website (http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/ffj); then  click "Click here to submit a new manuscript", then select Special issue  paper in the string Manuscript type.
